The Leadership & Advocacy Program at Celeste Foundation is dedicated to building the confidence, voice, and influence of women in Sunyani and beyond. Too often, women are underrepresented in leadership spaces and decision-making processes due to social, cultural, and economic barriers. This initiative empowers women to step into leadership roles while advocating for gender equality and women’s rights.

Training workshops to equip women with leadership, public speaking, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills. -

Connecting young women with established female leaders in politics, business, health, and education for guidance and career growth. -
Advocacy for Women’s Rights
Campaigns and awareness programs addressing gender-based violence, equal opportunity, and policy change to ensure women’s voices are heard. -
Community Dialogues
Engaging chiefs, local leaders, and communities in discussions to challenge stereotypes and promote women’s inclusion in governance. -
Youth Empowerment
Leadership bootcamps and debates for young girls to prepare them for future leadership positions.
