The Vocational & Skills Training Program at Celeste Foundation is designed to equip women and young girls with hands-on, marketable skills that enable them to achieve financial independence and long-term sustainability.
Through structured workshops and practical sessions, participants are trained in:

Tailoring & Fashion Design – Dressmaking, alterations, and modern fashion techniques.

Bead-making & Accessories – Creative jewelry and beadwork for local and export markets.

Soap & Cosmetic Production – Soap, shea butter creams, hair products, and skincare essentials.

ICT & Digital Literacy – Basic computer skills, internet use, and online business tools.

Entrepreneurship & Business Management – Bookkeeping, customer relations, branding, and marketing.
The program also provides startup kits, mentorship, and access to micro-finance support, ensuring that women not only learn but can also start their own businesses and contribute meaningfully to their households and communities.
Impact: Over 200 women in the Bono Region have successfully completed the training, with more than half starting small businesses or securing employment within six months.
